RPT training protocols (English):

The Rise by Performance training system is divided into three subsystems, which differ in used exercises, methods, principles, strength sports and long-term progression models.

Each subsystem then consists of several training protocols, which are again in specific order (identified by the number after the decimal point), characterized by the increasing difficulty. You always start with the one for which you have enough experience. Find out more about the RPT subsystems>>

The RPT 1.0 subsystem brings you strength training at its finest, without the need of spending initial months by learning the basics of the whole new strength sports. Even for beginners, its exercises and methods are similar to common fitness, bodybuilding and strength training and you learn them very quickly. On the other hand, during the course of the second and third protocol, you will meet some extraordinary training principles and balls to the wall workouts, that completely change your view on what is hard and what are you capable of. Find out more about the RPT 1.0 subsystem>>
