Rise by Performance Training 3.0
While RPT 1.0 and 2.0 are something as a linear way through the main storyline, RPT 3.0 is open-spaced world with a number of side quests (parallel with computer games is obvious).Both previous subsystems teach you fundamental training principles and exercises of RPT and increase all of your physical abilities. However, sooner or later you will hit the ceiling of your genetic potential, both in your performance development and your body composition. To proceed further forward it won't be enough to simply add weight/intensity/frequency ad infinitum.You have then basically three choices: 1. to use anabolic steroids (that is the worst one). 2. to expend more and more time and effort to your trainings and in the end just burn out. 3. to continue your development by inclusion of unconventional training systems.And here is the point: RPT 3.0 branches to several different pathways:
The first three paths can be practiced on their own without other training protocols (but I recommend to first achieve some foundations by at least RPT 1.0).
