Rise by Performance Training 3.0

While RPT 1.0 and 2.0 are something as a linear way through the main storyline, RPT 3.0 is open-spaced world with a number of side quests (parallel with computer games is obvious).
Both previous subsystems teach you fundamental training principles and exercises of RPT and increase all of your physical abilities. However, sooner or later you will hit the ceiling of your genetic potential, both in your performance development and your body composition. To proceed further forward it won't be enough to simply add weight/intensity/frequency ad infinitum.

You have then basically three choices: 1. to use anabolic steroids (that is the worst one). 2. to expend more and more time and effort to your trainings and in the end just burn out. 3. to continue your development by inclusion of unconventional training systems.

And here is the point: RPT 3.0 branches to several different pathways:
  • The path of strength endurance is represented by the incorporation of cross-training and is designed for professional athletes, crossfitters and those, who want to be as shredded as possible.
  • The path of locomotion is represented by the incorporation of strength gymnastics and calisthenics and is intended for the ability of body control chasing individuals with addition of supramaximal muscular development.
  • The path of universal power is represented by the incorporation of strongman training and is designed for mass and maximal strength oriented individuals.
  • The path of complementation is the final interconnection of the whole RPT system with the inclusion of all strength sports and training methods, covered by the finishing and most effective principles of strength training that have been ever created.
The first three paths can be practiced on their own without other training protocols (but I recommend to first achieve some foundations by at least RPT 1.0). The fourth path is then the ultimate representation of my knowledge and my own training and is accompanied by the idea of becoming something more than just a man.
