Rise by Performance Training 2.0

Finishing the RPT 1.0 training protocols, you will run out the potential of classic strength training methods. You can of course continue with this style of training (as many great strength participants do), but you can also step onto the next level and achieve a whole new level of performance:

We are talking here about the incorporation of Olympic lifting (weightlifting), which training methods are the main additive of RPT 2.0 next to the powerlifting and power/bodybuilding principles of RPT 1.0.
Of course you don't need to be a professional weightlifter, hire an Olympic lifting coach or take Dmitry Klokov on a date, to be able to accomplish the RPT 2.0 training protocols.

In the first protocol, you will start simply by strengthening your weak points and increasing your mobility with slow but stadily development of ability to produce explosive force. Then you will proceed to learning the basics of Olympic lifts (their power variatons).
In the second protocol, you will continue in developing your mobility and strength foundations and will be introduced to the full variations of Olympic lifts.
By the third protocol you will be finally capable to utilize the full potential of weightlifting combined with the principles of RPT 2.0 subsystem.
