Principles of Rise by Performance Training

"All the information you can offer can be easily found on the internet for free! People are just lazy to do their job!"

My training knowledge has the background in the mentioned strength sports. By the background I mean that I've studied them in the past. I had started from the world renowned coaches, training experts, exercise scientists and continued to representative strength athletes and their coaches in given sports. From a certain moment I (hopefully) reached a point, from where I was able to create my own training principles.
By now the RPT training principles consist of scientific and years in the trenches proven training methods that are based on eclectic approach and developing my own principles.

Here are the most important ones:
  • Building the foundations: We must learn to walk before we can run.
  • Developing maximal strength: We need to take one step back to keep moving forward.
  • Developing explosiveness: There is no strength without the velocity.
  • Developing strength endurance: You need to lift in a real world not in a vacuum.
  • Developing mobility: Your greatest weakness can be your pride.
  • Developing locomotion: You aren't strong until you can lift yourself in every direction. You are not strong until you have weaknesses.
  • Increasing work capacities: Ordinary trainings are for ordinary results.
  • Increasing regeneration capacities: For frequent results, you must to train frequently.
  • Developing hardiness: Results are not given, they are hard-earned.
I provide you here only this brief list of RPT principles because their essence is kept for the clients of RPT.
